Raytec's Flood range includes the FL48 and FL24 floodlights and the Bulkhead Flood BL24, i.e. the BL24 luminaire mounted on an adjustable U-bracket (SB30) for use as a compact floodlight. Ideal for lighting process areas, skids, tanks, quaysides, loading bridges and façades. Two families:

  • SPARTAN, for potentially explosive atmospheres: Zone 1/21 and Zone 2/22 versions with ATEX and IECEx certification, and a Class I Div 2 version.
  • WARRIOR, for harsh industrial environments in non-classified areas.

Key features

  • FL48 at 16,900 lm (Zone 1/21) or 18,600 lm, FL24 at 8,450 lm or 9,300 lm, BL24 from 2,500 to 4,650 lm
  • Circular and elliptical optics from 10° to 140°, asymmetric, PP and Wide Beam
  • Versions with integrated emergency (FL48 25%, FL24 50%, BL24 25%)
  • Powder-coated marine-grade aluminium, toughened glass, stainless steel fixings
  • U-bracket with locking screw as standard; 180° wall, pole, guard, sun shield and sandblasting shield accessories

Use the filters in the Variants and codes section to find the exact code; for the BL24 luminaire with other mounting options, see the SPARTAN & WARRIOR Bulkhead page.

Zone 21
Explosive dust atmosphere likely to occur in normal operation
Zone 22
Explosive dust atmosphere unlikely to occur and, if it does, only for a short period
Class I Division 2
Area where flammable gases or vapours are present only under abnormal conditions
