Thermal mass flow meter for gases designed for demanding process conditions, with pressures up to 100 bar and temperatures up to 180 °C. The sensor, made of 1.4571 stainless steel and glass, has no moving parts and ensures fast response times. Male threaded connections and EN or ASME flanges are available, as well as a version approved for hazardous areas.

  • Measuring ranges from 0.3…20 Nm³/h up to 7…3440 Nm³/h (air), maximum velocity 224 Nm/s
  • Accuracy ±1.5 % of reading ±0.3 % of full scale; optionally ±1.0 % of reading ±0.3 % of full scale
  • Maximum pressure 100 bar, maximum temperature 180 °C
  • G ½…G 2 and ½…2" NPT male connections, DN 15…80 PN 40 flanges, ½…3" Cl. 150 and Cl. 300 flanges
  • Sensor in 1.4571 stainless steel and glass
