Paddle flow switch with bellows seal for DN 25…DN 200 pipes

Flow switch based on the proven paddle-and-bellows system: the medium acts on the paddle, which in turn operates a microswitch. The bellows hermetically separates the electrical section from the process medium. Thanks to the interchangeable paddle and the adjustment options, the same instrument suits pipes from DN 25 to DN 200; this version is designed specifically for minimum switch points.

Operating principle

The force of the flow on the paddle is transmitted through the bellows to the microswitch, which therefore remains fully isolated from the medium. The replaceable paddle, together with the available adjustments, allows the switch point to be matched to the pipe diameter.
