Datasheets

Paddle wheel flow meter for very low liquid flow rates, with ranges from 0.015…0.3 l/min up to 0.05…5 l/min for water. The body is available in nickel-plated brass or stainless steel and withstands 16 bar and 80 °C. It can be combined with different electronics: frequency output, analogue output, compact electronics or digital indicator.

Features

  • Measuring ranges from 0.015…0.3 l/min to 0.05…5 l/min (water)
  • Connections G ⅛, G ¼, ⅛" NPT, ¼" NPT
  • Body in nickel-plated brass or stainless steel
  • Maximum pressure 16 bar, maximum temperature 80 °C
  • Accuracy ±1 % (±2.5 %) of full scale
  • Options: pulse output, analogue output, contacts, NPN/PNP contacts, totaliser, digital display

Applications

Thanks to its compact dimensions it fits on machines and systems where space is limited. As the basic signal is a pulse output, it can be processed in many different ways, making the instrument suitable for a wide range of liquid measurement and control tasks.
