Six-blade turbine flow meter in brass or stainless steel up to 40 bar

Turbine flow meter for measuring and monitoring liquids, with brass or stainless steel body and operating pressure up to 40 bar. It is supplied ready to install, with threaded connections or weld-on sockets. It can be combined with a range of display, output and batching electronics.

Operating principle

The liquid drives a six-blade rotor mounted axially on sapphire bearings. Hermetically sealed magnets embedded in the blade tips generate pulses in a Hall effect sensor located outside the wetted area as they pass.
