Four-blade turbine flow meter in aluminium bronze or stainless steel

Turbine flow meter for measuring and monitoring liquids, with a four-blade rotor and aluminium bronze or stainless steel body. It is supplied ready to install, with threaded connections or weld-on sockets. Various electronics allow the volumetric flow rate to be displayed and monitored.

Operating principle

The liquid flow turns a four-blade rotor mounted axially on sapphire bearings. Hermetically sealed magnets in the blade tips induce electrical pulses in a Hall effect sensor located outside the flow path.
