Metal low-volume flow meter and flow switch for high pressures, ATEX/IECEx version

All-stainless-steel variable area flow meter and flow switch, designed for small flows of liquids and gases, including at high pressures. The tapered metering tube is integrated into the body, and the float position is transmitted magnetically to an external analogue indicator with no contact with the medium. Contacts, an analogue output and ATEX and IECEx approved versions for potentially explosive atmospheres are available.

Operating principle

The medium rises through the metering tube and carries the float to a position where the acting forces balance. A permanent magnet in the float transmits this position, via a rotating follower system, to the pointer of the analogue indicator.
