Adjustable, repeatable operating times

The throttle plate is fitted between the NAMUR solenoid valve and the pneumatic part-turn actuator and slows the actuator stroke in a controlled way, so the valve opens and closes gently and the operating times can be reproduced.

The version for 3/2 solenoid valves (single-acting actuators) regulates the opening stroke and the air exhausted into the spring chamber; the version for 5/2 and 5/3 solenoid valves (double-acting actuators) regulates both the forward and the return stroke.

The body is made of anodised aluminium with brass internal parts and NBR seals; it is fixed with M5 DIN 912 stainless steel A2 screws. A stainless steel version and a low-temperature version down to -50 °C are available on request.
