Viator HART interfaces linking a PC or handheld to any HART field device for commissioning, calibration and diagnostics: USB and RS-232 versions powered by the port, battery-powered Bluetooth version also certified Ex ia for Zone 0.

Viator modems are compact interfaces for point-to-point communication with HART field devices. They connect via test clips across the device or the load resistor (250 … 1100 Ω) and allow transmitters and actuators to be configured, calibrated and read out with PC configuration software.
The USB and RS-232 versions draw power from the PC port and need no external supply. The Bluetooth version communicates wirelessly up to 20 m and runs for approx. 80 hours on three AAA batteries; the HM-PF-BT-EX variant is ATEX and IECEx certified Ex ia IIC T4 Ga and can be used directly in the hazardous area.
