SEB housings have a cylindrical body and a threaded blind cover and are designed to contain electronic devices that measure, control and process signals. SO-E housings have a cover with a circular port-hole and an extension to accommodate signalling and display equipment. Both are made of copper-free aluminium alloy with stainless steel screws; the letter in the code gives the entry arrangement and the final number the thread (16 = 1/2" NPT, 26 = 3/4" NPT).

EXPC contactors are 3-pole non-reversing contactors in a flameproof aluminium enclosure, with a 120 V AC, 220 V AC or 24 V DC coil and an NO auxiliary contact, for switching power loads in hazardous areas.
