CG.AR cable glands are designed for armoured cables: an inner seal insert acts on the sheath beneath the armour, an armour cone and tightening ring clamp the armour, and an outer seal insert seals the outer sheath. They suit Ex d, Ex e and Ex tb enclosures in Zones 1, 2, 21 and 22.

Each size states two clamping ranges: the cable diameter beneath the armour (inner seal) and the outer sheath diameter. Kit versions (K01) include a washer gasket, locknut, PVC shroud and earth tag. Seals are chloroprene (C) or silicone (S).
