FieldConnex accessories complete the Pepperl+Fuchs fieldbus infrastructure for installation, commissioning and maintenance of FOUNDATION Fieldbus H1 and PROFIBUS PA segments.

The FDH-1 handheld connects at any point of the segment, can be operated in Zone 1 and guides the user through testing with an integrated expert system. The ELS-1 sensor detects water ingress in instrument housings or junction boxes and reports the alarm via fieldbus. The KLD0-SAA module reduces segment voltage where, with very short cables, it could trigger the safety switch-off of Segment Protectors.
