MNI20 · MNI40
Pepperl+Fuchs MNI20 and MNI40 bearing-free incremental encoders: non-contact magnetic scanning on a magnetic ring or wheel, up to 10,000 pulses and 30,000 rpm, push-pull or RS-422, IP67/IP68/IP69K.

In bearing-free encoders the connection between sensor and magnetic wheel is non-contact: no ball bearings are needed, which guarantees a long service life even at high speeds up to 30,000 rpm and allows much larger hollow shaft diameters than conventional encoders. They work reliably even with large shaft play or bearing gap and are also suitable for heavy-duty applications.
These products are ordered via a type code: the codes in the table are partial type codes taken from the Pepperl+Fuchs guide, where “…” marks the options still to be defined (flange, connection, resolution and so on). Tell us the configuration you need in the quote request and we will confirm the full part number and its datasheet.
Use the filters in Variants and codes to find the exact part number: every code links to the official Pepperl+Fuchs datasheet and to a quote request. For versions not listed, accessories or availability, contact us.
