Cable-pull encoders – Linear distance measurement up to 60 m with modular architecture

Cable-pull encoders convert a linear movement into a position signal via a drum with a measuring cable coupled to a rotary encoder. The modular product architecture allows cable pulls, encoders and accessory components to be perfectly coordinated: scissor lift tables, cranes, stacker cranes and mobile construction machinery such as crane vehicles, excavators, rollers and lifting vehicles.

• EC*10TL: the most affordable version, solid and lightweight plastic design, flat housing for confined spaces, coupling-free adaptation
• EC*21IL: rugged and compact aluminium drum housing, bellows with steel tip to prevent ice formation
• EC*30PL: aluminium drum housing (optional Hart Coat coating), drum movement via threaded spindle for high accuracy and very low hysteresis
• EC*40HD: for extremely harsh weather and environmental conditions, open system for easy cleaning
