Enviro-Line 10E is an environmental pressurisation system for standard Type 4 or Type 12 enclosures installed in non-hazardous areas with dusty, dirty or corrosive atmospheres. Supplied with instrument air or inert gas, it maintains a constant 0.5" wc (1.25 mbar) inside the enclosure, keeping out dust and corrosive gases; it also helps prevent overheating and moisture contamination.

The system is not intended for hazardous-area protection and does not meet NFPA 496 or any other hazardous location protection method, so purging is not required. Each part number is a complete kit: stainless steel panel, mounting plate, differential pressure gauge, regulator, tubing, fittings and fastening hardware.

  • LGS versions without pressure switch and WGS with general-purpose pressure switch set to 0.5" wc for low-pressure alarm
  • Overpressure protection by redundant regulator set to 5 psi (WRR) or by EPV-3-GP vent (WVT)
  • Universal mount (UM: left, right, top or bottom) or panel mount (PM, not available with WRR)
  • 0–2" H₂O differential pressure gauge and 0–25 psig panel-mount regulator
  • Pressure switch contacts 15 A at 120–480 V AC
