GrafHeat – Self-regulating graphene heaters

GrafHeat is LMK Thermosafe's patented, award-winning technology that uses optimised graphene within polymer composites. The PTC (positive temperature coefficient) effect automatically regulates the element's power and temperature: no internal surface exceeds the PTC threshold and the heaters are safe even without a thermostat. Power adapts automatically to the load, with lower consumption than ovens and radiant heaters.

Products

• GrafHeat base plates: for drums and IBCs from 10 litres upwards, also with cut-outs for drain valves. Self-limited to 110 °C, with the plate surface typically regulating at 60-70 °C: suitable for plastic IBCs and small tanks. Power from 250 to 2,000 W depending on the product to be heated.
• CBH-385U compact base: for steel or plastic drums up to 210 L, 385 × 385 × 20 mm, 6 kg, IP54, self-regulating at 50-60 °C, easily portable.
• Cable and pipe jackets: they can overlap on themselves, so the same jacket fits diameters from 30 to 120 mm. Cut-off at 110 °C, automatic power from 200 to 1,000 W, 1,700 × 550 mm, 6.5 kg; optional 0-90 °C digital temperature controller.
• Envelope and valve jackets: flexible oven for components on site and wrap-around jackets for valves and stuffing boxes.
