LMK flexible heating jackets designed and built to measure for containers, tanks, pipes, valves and non-standard surfaces. Safe-area and ATEX/IECEx versions for Zones 1, 2, 21 and 22.
When the container does not fit standard sizes, LMK Thermosafe designs and manufactures flexible heating jackets made to measure, adapting proven solutions to almost any size and shape. It is the answer for tanks, vessels, valves, pipes and surfaces that need to be heated quickly and insulated efficiently.
For hazardous areas LMK makes ATEX/IECEx-certified custom jackets for Zones 1, 2, 21 and 22. They are built with a silicone-coated glass-cloth outer and high-density fibreglass insulation, run on single-phase 50/60 Hz supply with no transformers, and can be designed for voltages from 110 to 240 V. Several temperature classes are available.
They are normally supplied with an ATEX/IECEx-certified digital temperature controller, mounted on the jacket, on a wall or on a roving stand, to set and read the operating temperature. Alarms, outputs and other control functions can also be included.
