Upper part: height adjustable to 5 positions
Mounting height: 60–100 mm (F03–F07), 80–120 mm (F10–F12), 120–160 mm (F14–F16)
Drive screw: M4, M5, M6, M8, M10 or M12, 60 mm long, with lock nut
Valve requirement: ISO flange and threaded hole in the stem

For limit switch boxes: F05 flange and half 80x30 mm hole pattern
With sensor plate: polyamide plate and stainless steel metal parts, shaft feedthrough included, -30 to +80 °C
With shaft feedthrough, one-sided pattern: 80x30 mm (single side 40 mm), shaft height 20 mm, F03–F16
With shaft feedthrough, full pattern: 80x30 mm, shaft height 20 mm, F03–F07
