Magnet-Ex 12 is a pen-sized intrinsically safe magnetic probe designed to detect magnetic fields in Zone 1 potentially explosive areas.

Checks solenoid valves, relays, transformers and flowmeters
Shows within seconds whether a solenoid valve is energised: simply bring the probe close and it lights up red if the magnetic field is active
No connection to the circuit and no need to open the terminal box
Detects alternating, direct and permanent fields, without contact
Captive internal test magnet to check the instrument's operation and battery status
